Dr. Lisa Campisi received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University.
She has extensive experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments with preschool- and school-age children, as well as adolescents. Furthermore, Dr. Campisi has specialized training in differential diagnosis and autism spectrum disorders and has received clinical and research training in the use of the ADOS and ADI-R (currently viewed as the gold standard in autism diagnosis). As a therapist, she has broad-based experience working with children with behavioural, social and emotional difficulties and employs evidence-based therapeutic approaches (i.e. cognitive-behaviour therapy). Prior to joining the clinic, Dr. Campisi worked at the Jewish General Hospital, the Montreal Children's Hospital and the Laval Center of Neuropsychology and Child & Family Psychology. In addition to her psychology practice, Dr. Campisi has a research and teaching background and is a published researcher whose work has appeared in numerous academic journals. She provides consultation services in both French and English and has significant experience working with a multicultural clientele.
